Under our warranty, we'll take care of your product within the 2 years from the date of purchase, this means that all our products are subject to quality control and does not cover lost or broken items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, or improper use or storage of your product.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.You should take in consideration when ordering that all our pieces are handcrafted, so they are unrepeatable and may contain some imperfections due to its artisanal process.
Please notify us once you receive your order.

If you receive a proven defective piece we'll be able to either provide store credit in its value or if a refund is demanded the item must be returned to our office at your own expenses.
If the items are broken after you receive your order, we will not be responsible for their replacement or repair. A fee will be added for the repair, in this case.
We are not responsible for lost items, either within the exchange period or after.
